My kids went back to school today. I was a cry baby like every year.(in my opinion it's doesn't get any easier to send them off, I just worry even more!) All of my kids are at different school this year and it's crazy! It's hard to believe that I have a child at high school another at middle school, a elementary student and a preschooler. Whoa..that's enough to make me go crazy.
Organization is the only way to keep the crazies at bay.
Every year it seems that the kids come home from the first day of school with tons of papers to fill out. Years ago when my oldest child started school I found myself looking everywhere for information needed for those (annoying...i mean important) emergency forms. I decided that it would be very helpful to have all the information in one place. I call it our "FAMILY PLANNER". It doesn't make filling out those papers any more f un but it is very helpful to whip out this baby for days like today when I have a pile of papers staring at me. I've created a list of emergency phone numbers, numbers for doctors, and insurance information,etc. Each child has a divider and holds their class lists, teacher's policies, etc.
