I saw these tie backs in the Ballard Design catalog the other day and thought it would be great for my kitchen windows. 
I simply hot glued the fabric flower to the tieback that came with my curtains from IKEA. There are several tutorials for fabric flowers. I used House of Smiths recent tutorial here.
