There is something about seeing a little girl in a bikini that drives me crazy. Sure I will agree that when I spy the little baby bikini's in the store I can't help think they are cute but in my mind I say why? I know this might be a touchy subject for some but my opinion is that my little girls will have plenty of time to choose for themselves later on (when they are no longer in my home!) to wear a little bikini to the pool but for now while they are little I choose to cover them up...not only for sun protection but for modesty reasons. I found that Lands End carries some really cute swimsuits and tankinis that fully cover tummies and I am loving the ruffled skirts...I am not affiliated with Lands End I just love their swimwear for girls! We just ordered ours and I can't wait to see them!

I love the striped swim suit. We always have a hard time finding modest swimsuits for our daughters....especially me teens!
That striped one is so cute! I don't have kids, but I kinda feel the same when I see little girls running around in bikinis. There are too many creeps out there, I'd keep them covered up too!
Amen! I order Lands End for my girls every year and have never had a problem with coverage, they know what they are doing at LE.
I agree, by no means do I think I should be in a bikini and I'm a size 4, let alone children, they aren't even practical. Kids want to play, its not functional, but cute some times! Plus Lands End are pretty much destruction proof! I love Down East Basics, its so cute and cheap!

I totally agree. Last year I needed a new suit for my 5yo and out of hundreds of suits on the racks there were only 2 or 3 styles that were one pieces. I will check out LE for this years suits. Thanks.
